Teachers play the role of backbone of every activity when we think about the student’s academic development as well non academic development.
Continues development of teachers is the main part to enhance the teaching quality and also teachers as an individual development.

Session with teachers
Session 1
Topic: Session with teachers on sharing and discussion about roles and responsibility of School management Committee and Right to Education Act 2009.
Participants: 25
Objective:
- History of RTE Act 2009
- Relevance of RTE Act2009 with working of schools and community
- Role and Responsibilities of School Management committee in RTE.
- Importance of SMC while working with schools and community.
Execution:
Session start with the warm up activity then followed by the anthem of RTE. Around 15 minutes discussion goes on around the song (anthem) of RTE “SCHOOL CHALE HUM”. Then some Points has been make and observe over the songs , then these points and observation discussed and co related with the Actual act. Every clause and chapter discussed sequencly. First the history then need and then rte clause discussed with the power point presentation and brief note was being made by teachers. In continuation of that chapter about SMC has been lighted more. This chapter starts with experience about SMC by teachers from schools and community. This experience leads the chapter then experience and the clause has been discussed among all the teachers.
Reflection:
It was nice session with teachers. This session showed that why it is necessary to share the theory with the people who are working with ground.
This session helps all the teachers to look around the school with the perspective of SMC and to make aware about roles and responsibility of SMC to the SMC members by teachers it is required that teachers must also have the knowledge about SMC and RTE and its existence.
Session2
Topic: mathematics basic concepts through JODO GYAN mathematics kits.
Participants: 27
Objective: understanding basic mathematical concepts through GODO GYAN kit.
- Basic understanding of Decimal concepts.
- Use of different material for concepts of counting and place value.
- Game for the multiplication.
- Basic concept understanding of fraction.
- To prepare teachers for the developing material and presenting that.
Execution:
This session was followed by the introductory activity. Basic objective behind this activity was to know the teachers at personal level by each other. And also we had two new teachers among us so to make them familiar with all. it was quite good exercise we do.
Activity: activity was so simple. All teachers were sitting in circle, and teacher had to write the name, two qualities and one suggestion for the teacher sitting to the next at the right side. Then after writing, all the chits have been collected and mixed well. Mixed chits putted together and passed to the teachers. Every teacher picked up one chit randomly. All have been asked to the open the chit and one by one share the chit mesg with all the teachers.
It was 20 minutes activity and quite engaging. Teachers enjoyed it well.
Followed this activity one more activity has been conducted. All the teachers had to sit in u shape format. Every teacher will have to called his/her name and followed the name they had to add one character which define them. For example preeti, smart ( a name and character). The person sitting to the very next will have to repeat the first person name and character and then will called the his/her own name with character for example (preeti smart , Ravi confused). Then third person will have repeat the first person name and character, second person name and character and then his/her name. Then person sitting on fourth place will repeat the process. This process will goes on till the person sitting at the end.
During this game no one is allowed to make the note. They all will listen only and will memories it.
This game helps in memorizing and help in developing concentration. This activity was also around 20 minute’s time activity and funny as well interesting.
After activities session goes around the mathematical concepts. First decimal concept has been introduced by the trainer. It started with the kit of decimal. Gold bricks kit. A story goes around the goldbricks and its distribution among the relatives. This story was trying to show the part of one thing. This story leads to clarification and genesis of concepts decimal and solve the doubts, quarry of teachers. A little manageable game played by the teachers. Where they had to collect the cards against the gold pieces with the help of decimal dice.
After this activity a teacher who was using the material for the concepts numbers and place value, show the use of ganit mala and maan cards. She asks questions based on the concepts and do the activity with the beats of ganit mala and maan cards.
Followed the activity all concepts material explained and well demonstrated.
Every material was full of games and activity.
Reflection:
- Session was so engaging.
- Next will be based on this session but with some advance content of mathematics.
- Activities always make every difficulty concepts so easy. It was quite enlighten that if teachers who are adult’s learner, can enjoy it and learn then how children will get the fun and will enjoy the learning.
